"I recently received a non-renewal from AAA insurance for homeowners. During my experience to find out information and to Prepare myself for what was ahead of me when it came to insurance Knowing it was going to be stressful. I was lucky enough to talk to a State Farm representative Elvis Parra. Elvis talked to me calmly, professionally, and respectfully. He answered all my questions Patiently. During that time, there were other organizations that Made me feel that I was being rushed. They didn’t like me asking questions and were abrupt and borderline rude. Elvis at State Farm treated me like a person, and I greatly appreciate the attention that he gave me. Elvis Parra is setting the example of how to Treat people that are seeking insurance and insurance questions. I would recommend him to anyone and at least to get honest answers."
